LFNM Team in Minneapolis, Minnesota

From Minneapolis, Minnesota: The LFMN Team and a few teachers (Steve and Nopaluck, Cathy, Jeana and Tik) are in front of the Great Harvest Bakery. It was a beautiful and sunny day and everybody was happy! We had a wonderful tour given by Ruth who’s the partial owner, and got to taste some really good and fresh bread!

Opportunity to Serve

Santisuk English School

Santisuk English School has offered English classes to nearly 9,000 different Thai students over 25,000 different times over the past 18 years. Remember, each of those 25,000 times represents a full 30-hour English teaching session. During the past 18 years over 400 different short-termers have come for 3 weeks or longer to teach one of our 4 levels of English classes or teaching on an area of their own specialty like music, speech, writing, dance, sports, and even how to make Japanese Sushi! Now, in addition to our Santisuk main campus, we have two additional outreach locations in Thailand – Latkrabang near the new Bangkok International Airport, and Phang-Nga where the 2004 tsunami destroyed thousands of homes and lives in Southern Thailand. Find out more information about each of these opportunities above on this page. We have developed detailed teaching materials and written our own curriculum, we conduct our own teacher orientation classes, and we are experienced in giving our short-term workers an unforgettably good short-term experience in teaching conversational English. All short-termers are also involved in cell ministry at Peace Fellowship Church and are encouraged to use their free time to develop relationships with our friendly Thai students. For stays of 60 days or longer, we will also give you the opportunity to learn to speak Thai in classes taught by our former students giving you a chance to experience both sides of the language teaching lectern. Over the years, many of our students have made definite decisions for Christ and are currently attending Peace Fellowship Church and churches around the world! Be salt and light in a desperately needy country. BE the difference. Come to Bangkok!
