How to apply for short-term at Santisuk

  1. Fill out our application. Please fill this out completely and return it to us yourself. Don’t forget to send us a picture. Request it using our Contact Form.

  2. Please type up your testimony. It should be at least 1 full page but no more than 3 pages.

  3. Referral Form. You will need to send our referral form to 3 different people. Two should be friends or co-workers who know you well, and a third should be your pastor. They should send these forms directly to us when they are complete to maintain confidentiality.

  4. Release of Liability Form. We’ll ask you to sign this here in Thailand when you arrive if you cannot sign it there and scan us a copy.

  5. Housing Options. We'll send you a description of housing options to look over and then you'll let us know what you prefer. We will reserve a place for you.

  6. Read our Guidebook for Volunteer Teachers. You are responsible to read this over in detail so you know how to prepare to come and what will be expected of you after you get here.

  7. We'll send our current year’s calendar. We might also include next year’s calendar if we have it done!

  8. An explanation of visa requirements for coming to Thailand.

  9. A medical insurance form. Note that you are responsible to verify that your policy will BOTH a) cover you while you are in Thailand (don’t assume it will cover you, you must check with your policy provider) and b) provide for a medical evacuation in case of emergency. Do not assume that because you are covered THERE that you will be covered HERE in Thailand.

Please write and ask for an application to come to help us at Santisuk via the Contact Form. We'll do our best to respond to your note within 24 hours.
